How much do you charge for shipping?

Most of our cosplay costumes are offered with free shipping, but there are some products that are very heavy, so we may charge an additional $4.90 for shipping in such cases.

Will I be charged any shipping, customs or duties fees?

No, the price you see is the price you pay - you won’t be charged any extra fees.

When will my item ship?

If you order an in-stock item your order will ship within 3 working days.

Most of our products are custom-made. It means that you can choose from available sizes or you can provide us your measurement details so we will create a costume designed especially for your needs. In such cases, we will need from 5 to 7 days to create a costume for you.
