Most of our cosplay costumes are offered with free shipping, but there are some products that are very heavy, so we may charge an additional $4.90 for shipping in such cases.

No, the price you see is the price you pay - you won’t be charged any extra fees.
When will my item ship?
If you order an in-stock item your order will ship within 3 working days.
Most of our products are custom-made. It means that you can choose from available sizes or you can provide us your measurement details so we will create a costume designed especially for your needs. In such cases, we will need from 5 to 7 days to create a costume for you.
Took XXL, was afraid that the sizes are Asian, but no, everything is European, so a little big, but uncritical. Packed in a bag with a ziplock, where in the future the outfit can be stored) everything is sewn well.

The product arrived intact with all pieces included. Sizing was exactly as described by the store. The price for such a cute costume is really fantastic when compared to the more expensive options available. Great buy.

Got this for a friend for a cosplay. We ordered a size up considering they are Trans Male to Female. They usually go for size US XXL but we ordered a size up and i’m glad we did. The outfit they said was short but it was to be expected because it is a maid outfit. They are 6 foot plus and the outfit did not quite reach the back of the knees. It fit them perfectly. We got red for a Plusie and Minun costume outfit and the red is as described in the photo and just as vivid. Great store. Got the item quickly. The item DOES NOT have a back zipper just a side zipper but they were able to pull it on over their head and didn’t honestly need to mess with the zipper. The arms are a bit tighter but manageable to wear. Thank you !!!!! <3 No pics bc we haven't taken any yet. My costume didn't fit. Will update with pics later if able
