Most of our cosplay costumes are offered with free shipping, but there are some products that are very heavy, so we may charge an additional $4.90 for shipping in such cases.

When will my item ship?
If you order an in-stock item your order will ship within 3 working days.
Most of our products are custom-made. It means that you can choose from available sizes or you can provide us your measurement details so we will create a costume designed especially for your needs. In such cases, we will need from 5 to 7 days to create a costume for you.

I’ve got my dress, accessories and wig and I’m satisfied with them! The main problem was the size of the dress, which was indeed too small for me. I contacted the store and resolved the problem because they sent me another dress of the correct size. The pack arrived safely… and faster than I imagined. The quality of everything is great! Especially the wig. I can only recommend this shop and cosplay. Thanks!
